Velik apartman, ugodan domaćin, blizina svih bitnijih sadržaja u gradu.

Okolina je malo neuređena, zgrade u kvartu oronule. Navedeno nema veze sa domaćinom ni apartmanom ali nije oku ugodno. Doduše, iskreno za te novce ne može se ni očekivati prvoklasan pogled.
