Neighbours were a little noisy last few nights but they were just up later than us as they were younger..no music just chairs moving around

Excellent location, comfortable beds, nice pool across the road, friendly communication. New bathroom with excellent HOT shower, 2 balconies, washing machine, dishwasher. Walk to town was so easy, and the beaches nearby. Very friendly scooter hire close by, and a place to park them at the apartment.

Everything great, but access to a brush to sweep up, or a vacuum cleaner would be useful. A few more bowls, cups, glasses etc would be a bonus.

We loved the swimming pool across the road with sun loungers and umbrellas. Matulas is very central to lovely restaurants, shops and beaches. You can park your car easily outside the apartment. The air conditioning is very good. The balconies are lovely and the position is relatively quiet. Kassiopi is a lovely base with lovely restaurants, shops and bars. Very family friendly and clean and safe. We had a wonderful stay and loved the fresh tomatoes, honey and olive oil that were waiting for us on arrival.

More things in the Kitchen eg big salad bowls and sharp knives.

Huge clean apartment will all you need during vacation. Not impressed with nearest beaches at Kassiopi, but the flat is great!
