Ariti Apartments

The location is perfect, 1 min walk to café, restaurants, shops. 5 mins walk from the port and 10 mins from the beach. It was great having a pool, especially as the weather was so hot. I had an issue with the shower drainage and they were very responsive. Had it sorted very efficiently. The apartment was perfect. Met all my needs. Clean and very convenient. When I go back I'd not hesitate to book these apartments.

The apartments I was in was at the back of the property facing onto a busy main road. In fairness the windows and door have great soundproofing and little noise was heard from outside. Internally you can easily hear noise from the apartment above and i was in the 1st apartment downstairs and the noise from other guest using this space can be very noisy. Towels were only changed out every few days. You'll need to bring/buy dishwashing liquid, teatowels and toilet paper. I was a bit confused in relation to the air-conditioning charges. It is named as an amenity but I was informed it would cost an additional €5 per night.

Very close to the center and all the restaurants in Kasioppi. The fact that it had a pool and air con.

The stall smell once you opened the cupboards in the kitchen. The fact that i booked a stay at Ariti Apartments but we were given an apartment at the Balaris building next to them.

Pool is great, apartments are very clean, towels replaced regularly, location is good, 300-400m from the village bars and shops, and around 1km away from one of the best beaches on the island.

We didn't get the room we've booked so we had to sleep 3 persons in double size bed for 7 days - owner notified but no response on this, there was no sofa bed in our apartment like advertised, no mosquito nets on windows, no AC, noisy at night due to traffic, especially motorbikes, parking is public but very limited, a bit dated apartment with a few minor flaws, but all in all it's ok for the price.

The apartment was very nice, clean and pool was behand our apartment. We had all, what we needed. A lot of super markets, tavernas and restaurants near us. And 10 minutes to bus.

The apartment had rising damp causing the entire place to smell All the beds were extremely damp Our clothes all became damp wherever we tried to store them Kitchen & bathroom dirty

Very clean inside and out. Everything we needed if we wanted to cook. Plenty of blankets as it was cold in the evenings. " it was early April " Plenty of towels..pool area and gardens clean and tidy. Staff that we met were helpful and great. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
