Garden House Katerini

The property is the entire self-contained ground floor of a lovely house on the edge of Katerini. Two lovely bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, comfortable beds and lovely decor with really beautiful traditional touches. Katrin is an artist and makes the environment beautiful like her art work. There is a very good shower and a washing machine and dishwasher too. Everything you need is provided, and the whole property is spacious and comfortable. The living room is lovely with lots of seating and a great TV with all channels from all countries and I think Sky - thousands of options of channels and films if you need it! Outside is a great garden which you could utilise in many ways; there is a barbecue and a covered seating area as well as a veranda area with a clothes rack and pegs for drying clothes. There are beautiful trees all around and flowers too both at the front entrance and at the back. You have many choices of places to sit and feel the sun with a coffee. The property is in a very convenient location because you can walk to the centre of Katerini very easily in ten minutes and you can easily drive out of Katerini to the national road too. So the property is beautiful but the icing on the cake is the lovely host, Katrin and her partner Savvas. They are very kind, and make sure you are okay but totally respect your privacy. They are available if you need anything and they make you feel very safe and comfortable. I was in Greece sorting affairs following a bereavement and I was very sad, and I can honestly say that Katrin and Savvas helped by being such sensitive and thoughtful hosts. I cannot thank you enough Katrin and Savvas for your true Greek hospitality!

I liked everything!

Mr Savvas is an excellent host, very kind and helpful and very giving. The house is perfect for more than 3 people and the provisions were fine.

I am certain that more can be done concerning vacuuming.

The house is in The apartment is in an ideal location, very close to the center and close to a well-stocked supermarket. The garden is beautiful, a real little paradise. Although it was extremely cold outside, it was wonderful in the apartment. The Internet is perfect, numerous technological gadgets complement the good impression. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the linen is wonderful and clean. Savvas is the most charming host we have ever met.

Great hosts, speaking English and German. Nice house with a lovely garden, although we didn’t have time to enjoy it much.

For that price everything was perfect.

Everything was great as in the pictures, the entire house floor with a beautiful backyard available to use. Strong wifi and Netflix. The hosts were very nice. Recomended

The hosts are extremely pleasant, hospitable (they await you with small gifts such as fruit and sweets) and ready to help (they helped us reserve a parking space in Thessaloniki). The apartment is furnished in a traditional style and provides all the comfort for a family of four. Wifi is good, services like Netflix are available... The garden is large and isolated from the street. Just for family enjoyment. Parking is in front of the house, on the street and there is always a space. There are two large supermarkets nearby, and the center is a 10-15' walk away.
