Привіт, Може я щось не вірно зрозумів, під час бронювання житла, але не сподобалося що я оплатив повну вартість за все перебування, а заїхати в помешкання не міг бо треба було оплатити ще залог, Вважаю що за це якось треба повідомити клієнтів до бронювання, бо для мене це вийшло несподівано, і завдало зайвого клопоту,

Чистота, комфорт, дизайн, доступність

Важко із бронюванням дуже багато підтвердження У мене був поганий інтернет і це було максимально складно зробити Адже одне бронювання в програмі потім ще підтвердження через декілька днів потім ще кауція Хотілося щоб все відразу без лишніх дій

Die spüleistung der vorhandenen Spülmaschine war nicht vorhanden. Man musste alles von Hand nachspülen

Nice newly furnished appartement, free parking, nice environment, green, suitable for kids, netflix included, good quality internet, induction stovek for Fast cooking, big shower, balconee, dishwasher, good equiped kitchen, adjustable table in kitchen, pin code openable building door (no extra key), airco, unfoldable couch, adjustable TV position, comfy beds

No mosquito nets on windows, no lift - 3rd floor apartmnet (weird for new building), missing at least one or two chairs in kitchen

I liked the location a lot - quiet, surrounded by trees, and close to my place of work (that's one important reason I selected this property). The apartment was very clean, well maintained, with plenty of light (natural during the day and artificial in the evening). There is a wonderful recreational area within a walking distance with paths for pedestrians and cyclists, opportunities to bathe in ponds, enjoy fresh air. What a change from a city known for its heavy industry and pollution 25 years ago. The best thing for me was the sofa; that was the place I slept, much better than the bed in the bedroom., exactly the right thing for my aching spine.

I received some important pieces of information, e.g., remote check-in, floor where the apartment was located, damage deposit, WiFi access, codes to access the building and the safe lock with the apartment keys, when I travelled or after arrival. This was partly due to my booking many months ago and changes implemented afterward, partly a lack of proactivity by the landlord. At the time of booking, I did not know the apartment was on the third floor and there was not elevator. This is a very important piece of information for people with physical challenges like me.
