Apartment is generally OK for a one-day-stay, but definitely not 9/10. Photos are real, but probably were made long time ago and photoshoped a bit. In fact our room needed refurnishing. And it was not really clean there We paid and stayed for a week+. And host refused to provide supplies like soap, shampoo or detergent. There was only disposable soap for one day.. District is not very good and safe - quite far away from facilities.

The property was very clean. Straight away you can see that the owners of the apartment have invested in it to make sure that it is clean and appropriate for guests. For an apartment in Katowice, it is very big for its price, the bedroom is comfortable and you can make yourself feel at home. The location is also very good. Whilst it is not in the centre of Katowice, it is close to all public transport, and Ubers from the location are always found within 4-5 minutes.

This was disappointing, but there are problems with hot water. For a person who takes longer than 10 minutes to shower, the hot water would run out. After contacting the owner, they said that the boiler has a maximum capacity and hot water would be available again 20 minutes after it runs out. Whilst this was true, it would be very inconvenient, and showering would feel like a race against the clock.
