Apartment Novi

We stayed for one month and we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is big, bright, well-furnished. It is located close to the airport, within walking distance to the beaches of Kastela and nearby supermarkets. The owner was always reachable and replied promptly to any questions we had. I absolutely recommend it!

Due to the proximity to the airport, sometimes you can hear the planes.

Прекрасна велика квартира знаходиться на другому поверсі. Квартира світла і комфортна. Кухня укомплектована всім необхідним. Є парковка. Також є вихід на терасу з усіх кімнат. Комунікація з господарем 10/10, будь-яке моє питання вирішувалось у найкоротші строки. Є зона барбекю. До пляжу пішки 7 хвилин. Також є магазини у пішій доступності. Нам дуже сподобалася ця квартира.

Зверніть увагу на холодильник, морозилку треба полагодити або замінити.

Everything was fine, 3 separate rooms, and one dailyroom with kitchen, all air conditioned, nice and clean!

Krótko, bazowałem na wcześniejszych opiniach dlatego wybrałem ten apartament. Obiekt zgodny z opisem, gospodarz pomimo że nie był na miejscu kontakt i rozwiązywanie problemów było przez niego rozwiązywane błyskawicznie. Szczerze mogę polecić ten obiekt, dogodności to bliskość sklepów, restauracji do plaży 6 min, przystanek autobusowy. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu a byliśmy w dwie trzy osobowe rodziny i mały piesek :).

The apartment is big and spacious. The garden is lovely and maintained with the grill in ideal place. Apartment terrace provides relaxing space even in winter.

Communication with the owner went quiet when we mentioned cleanliness. The apartment was left dirty from the last guests with mold and hair in the shower drain, dirty glasses, and stains in the fridge. Had broken utensils like knives. Apartment was super cold when we arrived we got sick the next day. The owner told us on the phone to go and buy the wood ourselves. Temp. Inside was 12.5C when we arrived. Internet connection is super slow up to 1.2Mb we barely could watch a movie. I’m asked for our down payment day after we left and am still waiting for confirmation of payment. I don’t recommend this booking.

Quite spacious, even for a large group of people, lots of amenities in the kitchen. The owner was always available for any questions.

Sometimes you could hear the planes too much because the apartment is located near the airport.

Very nice apartament, clean, large, and cool. Air cinditoning everywere, this was Very important for us, full kitchen everything you need îs there and good location also 5 min walking from the beach and centre. We are very pleased!

Should have 2 bathrooms maybe but was not such a big problem!

Great location near to everything: the sea, the marina, the grocery stores with fresh meat and fish. Many places around to drink your morning coffee with a sea view. There are playgrounds for children nearby. Easy commute to Split or Trogir by bus. Much of space in the apartment. There is a garden with mandarines, lemons, grape etc. and a grill zone, which we liked so much.
