Sandpiper on the Ocean

The staff was excellent. My parents love it It was cleaned conferteval . The only thing the lights in the balcony did not work that was the only thing. My parents will love to go back agane . We like it so much that we are interested for a 3 bedroom unit if you have one

Kitchen and bathroom updates were very nice with plenty of extra pillows. The unit was very clean. We loved being bear the bike path and Higgs beach. We didn’t drive once we arrived to KW and would strongly recommend renting bikes. Paradise Cafe nearby was a nice breakfast stop also. The pool was nice and there were good beach towels in our unit. We liked having the in unit washer/dryer. Check-in instructions were very clear and it was great to have a secure garage to store bikes.

Building is rough looking unpainted cement and hallways are very dated and smell old. Once you’re in the unit it is much better, but it concerned us upon driving up.

Good size of the appartment

There was no information given that the beach did not look like the pictures, since they were from before a storm in 2022 that destroyed the beach and that the remaining beach was closed during our stay. A big reason we went with this location snd a HUGE disapointment for all in the family and extremly dishonest marketing.

Clean and the grounds were well maintained. We enjoyed the large heated pool and hot tub.

As you got closer the beach you had to be careful not to step on glass washed up from the tides.

location is perfect, spacious apartment, nice view and great swimming pool.

beach was not open elevator at one side was not working last day.
