Location and cleanliness. My family and friends celebrated my 50th birthday week in KeyWest and it was nothing short of amazing.

Better instructions that this was an apartment and how to access the unit. After a long day of travel, the last thing any one really wanted to do was guess which door or even that our rental was located up a flight of stairs.
