Location and atmosphere

Cleanliness, found some dirty dust, and spider web along curtain and doors to corridor. The shower tab is broken, water leak.

Very good attractively presented apartment. Beautiful setting, part of the Blue Sky complex which has a beautiful garden and interesting complex to walk around.

Advertises a fully equipped kitchen so had taken ingredients for a meal however no pans. Code to get in room was not correct so took ages to get in. Needed to put a # at beginning as well as at the end.

Location and facilities are great

The shower heating is a little hard to control

Comfortable and clean

The key code system was not practical as when we were locked out and couldn’t enter our apartment, it took an hour to resolve the problem . Staff cannot speak and understand English at all. This make it very difficult to communicate and even asking them to make the room also need to call them which was using my international calls . suggest to put staff on site as helpdesk.

The condo is beautiful on the interior and exterior, peaceful surroundings and have a nice balcony to have breakfast with a nice view.

The water heater was not working for the 1st 2 days we stayed and had to call the owner for repairs for both nights. Luckily we had booked 2 rooms and could use the other room for hot showers. The wifi was also not working on the second day and therefore could not watch Netflix or surf the net in the room after returning to the room at the end of the day. Finally, it was repaired on the 3rd day.
