I loved the location because it was so close to the reason for my visit, to attend a wedding across the road. It was a 30min stroll down the hill to Hardy's Bay, and its stunning beauty and dining, food, alcohol supplies. It was a 10mins courtesy bus ride in the opposite direction, to other places. The accommodation was very comfy, with king bed, bath, self contained comfort, access to pool, spa and sauna. Not to mention the ocean views whilst enjoying my morning coffee.

Air conditioner inadequate for space Dangerous stairs with no hand rails No lights on them Blinds are inadequate and don’t insulate Sisal carpet is hard and scratchy Bath towels like sand paper Can’t access the grass or view due to the huge dogs. Host walked past sliding door while partner was resting on couch and internal door to outside marked do not lock very disconcerting

Bed and WiFi were good. Place was clean. Parking close to entrance. Easy accesss

Terrible noise issues from owner above...studio is not set up for people who want peace and quiet. You can hear people tramping about upstairs, plus noise transmission thru access door to above house near dining table. Had to shut doors, turn on aircon and put on loud music to block out noise, especially on Friday night when they were entertaining above me...cld hear everything. Also discovered on arrival 3 dogs in backyard..which barked a lot..late at night and early in the morning!! Complained directly by text re that due to broken sleep. Also meant I did not use outdoor space because of the dogs.

Geoff & Louise are super lovely hosts and this stay was perfect for a relaxing getaway. It has everything you need, especially if you need to de-stress. A spa, sauna and pool all in one with super friendly dogs and a comfy bed, and you've got yourself a wonderful getaway.
