Not my sort of property but it was very clean

Noise, lack of privacy. You can hear everything upstairs , kids running around on the deck ect. Maybe this should be mentioned in the advertisement, They have a letter of apology there regarding the potential noise but it’s to late once your there.

Great check-in process, loved having the photos of what to look for rather than rely on a long-winded description. Didn't hear a peep from the upstairs residents. Well equipped house, and comfortable stay.

Only gripe is there were only two spoons in the cutlery drawer, and the hot water didn't work in the kitchen sink. If a cat appears at the door, don't pat it.. it bit my 10yo on the leg 😆

Good location, easy to find and access. Nice decor, comfortable bed and pillows. Well equipped kitchen and facilities.

It didnt look like the owner did once-over inspection of his property before his next guests arrived. I.e. empty peanut butter and honey jars in the pantry should have been thrown away. The toaster was full of crumbs, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for ages! Naturally, we didn’t use it! The door mat was well worn and full of grass. Not a good first impression and should have been cleaned or replaced. The air conditioner was set on cool setting,which was ok when we first arrived, but as the evening got cooler, it was not able to be set to the heating setting. Consequently, it was uncomfortabley cold night for my elderly travelling companions.

Lovely quiet neighbourhood, nice view up to Mount Wellington from the main bedroom and living area, and the property is really conveniently placed to the local shops (2 mins drive) and the rest of Kingston. Our family really enjoyed our stay here and would do it again!

It would have been nice if the hot water worked in the kitchen sink. Be aware the second bedroom's other bed is a trundle from under the main single bed - not a big deal but didn't come across in the photos.

Very good value for money-convenient to shops and Hobart.

The bed was comfy and everything was nicely done.
