this is an exceptional space with great amenities, close to Kingston Beach and Blackman's Bay, both great to swim at .. highly recommended for comfort and privacy ... close to Hobart CBD, yet feels removed enough for holiday retreat.. thanking the host again for a wonderful and generous apartment

Enjoyed the very comfortable bed and the spaciousness as well as the location. Was able to enjoy the local surroundings and easy location for the event that was focus of the trip

There were limited preparation dishes in the kitchen - could use one or 2 mixing/serving bowls for salads, etc.

It was clean, everything was modern,location was good Tv and surrounding sound, although I suspect playing it late would disturb owners upstairs Spacious bathroom,

The sofa bed is a sofa lounge, so not for sleeping Not two single beds but a single bed and trundle, we booked for 5 thinking we had a sofa bed but that was not the case so one person had to be on a mattress on ground which more suited for a child and not an adult It’s a below the residence of the owner Luggage a bit difficult with stairs to back yard Car has to be parked on street Probably needs a dryer, this property suits a family of four

Spacious and quiet location. Well appointed and great location to investigate south of Hobart.

You need to go up and down stairs to get to the property. If you want to go north of Hobart in the afternoon you get caught up in peak hour.

Convenient location close to the shops and only 15 minutes away from Hobart CBD.
