kissamos seaside bliss

We have visited Kissamos many times and love the beaches, bustling town centre and variety of restaurants. The apartment was ideally located to access all these amenities. We especially loved the the sea views from the comfortable roof terrace.

We enjoyed watching the buses coming and going and building work progressing opposite but some people may have found this rather noisy, especially early mornings.

This apartment was a real hit! The view of the sea and mountains was simply unforgettable and the location was perfect for exploring the western part of the island. In addition to the amazing view and perfect location, the facilities in this apartment were excellent. Everything was just like at home - a comfortable bed in the bedroom, a functional kitchen, and a bathroom. There was nothing missing that could have made the stay less comfortable. We felt at home from the first moment, which made our vacation even more relaxing and unforgettable. Additionally, contact with the owner was immediate and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend this apartment to everyone!

The location is great, near the beach, close to facilities as supermarket, restaurants and beauty salon. We had a great time in Kissamos, we felt really welcome to get basic food needs when we arrived (Wine, water, breakfast, coffee etc). We'd love to come back here ;-)

A nice and spotlessly clean apartment located next to a beach. The apartment is well equipped (inc. cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine,...), cosily decorated and comfortably furnished. A bedroom and its balcony are oriented to a bit busy street. However the windows are soundproofed, there is an AC and the outdoor blinds provide darkness. A sea-oriented terrace is shared with the second apartment, still your appartment provides privacy if you prefer it. An outdoor parking space included. Room cleaning service provided. I recommend mosquito protection and sunbeds of Maria Beach restaurant (10€ for a set).

Unfortunately a bed was too soft for us but it depends on one's preference.

Our one-bedroom apartment on the top floor had everything we needed for our holiday. On arrival we found the fridge stocked with plenty of items for a good supper or breakfast, and a very welcome bottle of white wine, along with other food items. The kitchen area was large and well stocked, including plenty of matching plates, and good quality glasses. There was a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for clothes etc. The turquoise accent colour on some walls was lovely. The large shared terrace to the rear had views of the sea, and the balcony at the front off the bedroom had afternoon sun and nice views of the hills. Any noises from the road were more interesting than annoying. Tina was a lovely host and very quick with replies to our queries on WhatsApp. She was very helpful when we left something behind in our apartment.

The wi-fi signal could have been stronger.

Apartment is well equiped. Located very close to the beach. View on the sea from shared terrace. Host Tina has breakfast in the fridge for you and is caring.

Bedroom to the street. You cannot open window at night. Noise from bus station directly underneath. Bad materace not suitable if you have back problems. Construction noise to the front terrace. No direct sea view from apartment/bedroom. Defect boiler. You need to follow host rules for switching on and off the boiler. If you don't, water pipe gets broken and host imposes problem on you. Little privacy. Service personnel is around also during dinner time cleaning and preparing other rooms.

perfect apartament with atmosphere, nice Design and good spirit. if you are looking for a flat with all of benefits of space and location this is a place for you. everything was there and we even had new blanquets for our child. We are travelling a lot, and Tinas place is on top of our list

We were really looked after, lots of extra supplies were provided and there’s not one but two balconies!! The TV was great as we were able to connect to streaming platforms. The beach is literally a very short walk away and it’s right by the bus station so easy to access, plus it has a supermarket just across the road. It’s also just a short walk (10 mins) from the main town centre.

The shower situation was a bit strange as you had to put the water heater on and had to remember to turn it off beforehand and it got cold fairly quickly. Plus I tried several settings on the washing machine and I struggled!
