Ski Studio Levi

The sauna and the equipment like the dryer.

The room was a bit too cold and the thermostat wasn't working.

The apartment was cozy and had great facilities. We liked especially the sauna.

The yard was a bit cramped and the owen hadn’t been cleaned, but overall everything else was okay.

It is so nice there is a sauna room, wow, it is so wonderful. And washing machine, dryer, fridge, and many other appliances, the room is big enough. The location is close to the center and Levi ski resort.

There are many parties, including the host, the service calling guy, the one keeping contact in booking, and two women from Thailand on the first floor who are responsible for cleaning service. Because we wanted to add one more friend to our trip and told this change one month before arriving, the host agreed and said they would add an extra sheet and quilt, but when we arrived, there was no extra sheet and quilt; I waited for more than half an hour to get them. but fortunately, we finally got them.

The location, the size of the room, decoration and lighting, washing machine in the bathroom.

We requested early check-in but did not receive any answer. After the standard check-in time we entered the room by electronic password they messaged us and found that the room was not cleaned. It took time to reach the owner and in the meantime we asked the restaurant below and other cleaning ladies who do not understand English. We finally spoke with them on phone and they told due to snowy weather, the cleaning lady could not arrive on time. Shortly after, they called again to inform our room is ready. We were frustrated and got our room later than normal check-in time while hoping to check-in earlier.
