The host waited for me at the building door and let me in providing all possible information about the apartment and the neighbourhood before giving me the keys.For any need or inconvenience keep in mind that the host lives in the apartment next door and will always promptly answer to your phone call.The apartment is pretty spacious for single use and can be compared to a private suite on the 9th floor with spectacular views on the park in Kivioli. Obviously there is an elevator, even if not excessively modern : ) .There are at least 4 supermarkets within 5 mins walk range and the train station is just 10 mins walk away.The apartment has been recently renovated and it boosts, together with the views a comfortable balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.The pictures are actually worse than the real apartment.A compact washing machine is available in the bathroom.There is a sauna that can be booked for a fee.

There are a few things that could be improved. The lighting, for example is too dim in the bedroom and in the kitchen. When you shower, make sure you remove all mats from the floor if you don't want to find them soaked afterwards. When cooking, I missed more room to place food and utensils in the kitchen.A larger table or surface would do. The small white table in the living room is not stable...make sure you carefully avoid to place any liquid upon it. The curtains in the living room and kitchen are not so easy to use. All minor issues, anyways.

The land lady was very friendly. She met us at the apartment to go through features. And was easily reachable if needed any help.

Nothing to dislike. Was excellent.

Apartment is owned by a lovely couple who were very helpful and welcoming. Everything worked perfectly well, apartment was clean and quiet. Grocery store just downstairs. Sauna available for extra fee. We were travelling with pets, place is dog-friedly.

We liked everything, but one thing was especially surprising (in positive meaning) - the view from the windows and balcony! We never expected that you can have a great view in such a region! I suggest the host to add some photos of the view into the description.
