Its too big was clean satisfactory Ac was ok not working that well the hall needs extra fan or atleast an ac as it was too hot rest all

We came late and asked for late check out like around 3pm as we entered at 12 am that night they charged us extra 3500 j worst issue was there was an issue with water tank that day the reason we came late was that but still paid extra for no reason

Location is excellent.. evening stroll at RAnkala lake adds extra point.. so many picturesque space.. terrace above the room also has a great view

Location was nice.

1 bed room is too big. And other is very small compared to master bed room. No AC facility in living room, even fans are small and not sufficient for big area. Ac in bedroom are not well maintained so don't expect high cooling in big rooms. Insect problem is the main issue. Kitchen had small ants all over. Water is very hard. U can see dirty water color when u use bucket.they should have kept some clean water facilities like hard water to soft water tap converter. Cleaning charges was taken but no proper cleaning.they will not clean washroom or arrange your bed.u have to stay in premises till they clean. Not recommended to visit in hot summers as u need to keep your windows closed because of honey bees and no proper Fans of Ac

It was very spacious and clean. Views were amazing. Location was convenient.

Nothing to complain about at all.. Maybe the blankets need to be fresh ones. And the bedsheets a pleasant colour but I am only nitpicking.

Some Suggestions Towels and Napkins should not be black. Care takers must visit twice a day. Need to fix ceiling fans in the Dining area and the lobby in between two bedrooms
