- Fan regulator broken - Mosquito repellent non functional - Bathroom toilet seat needs cleaning - Shower tap broken - Sticky utensils - Needs small hanger for bathroom hand towel - Few buttons on microwave not working - Although tea & coffee powder was available, milk powder sachets were missing

The Apartment is huge ... Lake view was good

The living room dint had AC . Nowadays it's mandatory to have AC Apart from apartment ,there is no other facilities...

View, location and amenities are excellent. Had an amazing stay.

It is a great property and an amazing location. super helpful staff and attentive.

There is no dedicated house help as such. So if someone needs anything, they have to get it themselves. There is food delivery through swiggy, zomato but no grocery/instamart solutions at the moment.

Excellent location and view

Bathrooms don’t have towel/napkin holders and a soapcase. The step of the bathroom is too high, my husband got injured because of it. Even the staircase has unequal step height. Kitchen appliances are not in good condition.

Owner should provide 1 litter Schemed Milk Pouch. There is a large kitchen, but property doesnot even provide Milk Powder for Making Tea or coffee. If I would have been the owner, I would have provided Assorted Fruits, 1 litter Schemed Milk, Juice Bottles and most importantly News Papers

Great views, very convenient location, spacious apartment, very comfortable & enjoyable.

I wish there was a washing machine. Also, the maintenance could have been better. Small things; but can be irritating.
