"Angenehme Unterkunft"

Gute Lage und warme Wohnung

Wir waren nur eine Nacht und für die hohen Nebenkosten hätten Handttücher und Geschirrtücher eigentlich im Preis enthalten sein müssen.

"Gute Lage reicht nicht."

Nähe zum See. Schönes Stadtviertel.

Wohnung ist nicht gut instand gehalten. Couch abgewohnt. Duschkopf- und Halterung defekt. Wohnungstür schließt nicht richtig. Bodenfliesen im Bad ohne Fugen. Terrassenmöbel teils defekt, Sonnenschirm defekt. TV und Audio sehr veraltet, ebenso die Federoberbetten.

"Es war kurz, schön und angenehm."

Die Wohnung war bequem und geräumig für uns vier Personen. Die Ausstattung war auch völlig in Ordnung.

Handtücher würde ich empfehlen bei 60 Grad zu waschen und etwas mehr Waschpulver. So hat man von Anfang an ein angenehmes Gefühl beim trocknen.

Sijainti oli hyvä lähellä Bodenjärveä. Tilaa oli hyvin 5 henkilölle.

Kalusteet (sohva, ruokapöydän tuolit) olivat osittain hyvin kuluneita ja pinnasta rikki. Terassin kalusteet olivat osittain rikki. Astiat olivat likaisia. Asunto ei ollut puhdas.

Asukoht.

Kahjuks olid köögis ja isegi õues väliterrassi laual prussakad. Omaniku poolt kohale kutsutud koristaja ei tulnud kohale kokkulepitud ajal ja hilines u 2 tundi, jõudes õhtul peale 21.30 (!), mistõttu läks üks puhkuseõhtu kaotsi. Prussakate probleemi ei saa ka koristaja lahendada. Omanik küsis algul privaatse parkimise võimaluse eest lisatasu, kuigi kuulutuses info selle kohta puudus. Selgituse küsimise peale siiski loobus nõudest. Omanik nõustus vaid 50 euroga kogetud ebamugavusi hüvitama. Kokkuvõttes ei saa hinna ja kvaliteedi suhet kogetud sekeldusi arvestades heaks pidada.

The place is spaceous, clean and bright. We needed to stay in that area, so it was a great choice for us. We will definitely stay there again.
