Spacious

Currently in the process of dispute whether we saw cockroaches running around the kitchen or not.

great location, rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable.

the toilet is a bit awkward positioned and may not work well for bigger people.

Cleaning lady was rude to us

Nice and comfy apartment with two spacious bedrooms and big living room with huge couch. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was nice and warm even on cold rainy autumn days. Check in was smooth and easy.

The only downside might be the rather small bathroom, toilet area is uncomfortable for tall people

The best feature about this flat is its location. Literally two minutes' walk from several buses and from a large supermarket and its adjacent bakery. It was also only a 15 minute walk from the lake (a nice walk through the woods) and a short drive (10 min.?) by bus to the famous Mainau island and a fun Thermal bath. It was also very clean and I felt very comfortable walking barefoot everywhere. I also liked the fact that it was bare floors with no rugs, so we didn't have to worry about dust. In addition, the beds were spacious, comfortable and you could use extra pillows with provided pillow cases, if you wished. There was also plenty of natural light, which I love, as both bedrooms had windows on two sides and the living room had a large window too. It made the flat feel cheerful and warm. There was also a spacious living room, with a very big sofa and large flat TV.

Althoguh the shower cubicle itself was large, with two options of shower-heads, there was very little leg room between shower cubile and toilet, making it a bit awkward and tight, when seated. Also, there were no hooks anywhere on which to hang our towels. And since there is no washing machine and tumble drier, it would have been very helpful to have a drying rack or hooks, on which to hang wet towels or clothes (washed by hand).

This apartment is elaborately arranged, cozy and convenient. it feels like stay home especially relate to kitchenware. Location is great for getting around by bus. Bakery and supermarket are close at hand, thumb up to the bread, yummy yummy.

bathroom is a bit outdated

The property was not far from center, and quite.

Unfortunately the communication was very poor to get the key. We informed the property the time of arrival, but till we were in konstanz, we didn’t get the instructions regarding the key! Got to the door a, had to keep calling and wait! The internet was bad so to be able to call was pain. It was not as easy as we thought!!! Also things like Iron was not there! No instructions regarding that! We had to call again to find out we have to pick it from Keller!!! No prpper Mirror in the house/bedrooms which is a basic need!
