"Spacious, quiet and clean"

The apartment has a nice layout, the kitchen is well equipped with appliances and basic food items, and the bed is very comfortable. It has a lot of lighting options, which was very nice. It is located in a very quiet area and has parking if you are driving. If you are taking public transport though, there is a bit of a walk from the nearest train station (~15 mins, some uphill), and it's about a 50 mins walk to Konstanz old town.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found unusual was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom - so make sure to bring your own! Also, the way the shower is set up makes it difficult not to flood the floor, but luckily there were plenty of towels.

"Superb accommodation, modern, private and close to the forest."

This is a beautiful modern private apartment with all amenities. The check in was simple and the host was really responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was a little far from the old town. We chose it as it is near the forest where there are many great walking and biking trails.

"A comfortable apartment on the outskirts of the city."

The apartment was comfortable and warm. It's relatively straight forward to get into the old town using the #2, 3 & 12 buses. There are also stops at 2 supermarkets along the way. This is good to know as there is not a grocery store in the neighborhood itself. There is a nice bakery around the corner.

It was all fine.

"A nice, comfortable stay in an apartament fitted with everything you could ever need"

A really nicely designed apartament, in a quiet area. It was fitted with the most comfortable bed ever. You can find everything you need, from a large TV to a coffee maker and properly fitted kitchen with all the needed accessories.

There was a small distance to the nearest bus station, but it's a good opportunity to check out the quiet residential Konstanz
