Apartment Schultheiss

The apartment was very modern, had a lot of light and the location was great.

The beds definitely need improvement.

Perfect. De dag vooraf contact met de verhuurder per mail over aankomsttijd en op de dag zelf verzoek om half uur van te voren te bellen met precieze aankomsttijd. Verhuurder stond langs de weg, nam ons mee naar de garage en liet ons in de woning, gaf uitleg en liet twee paar sleutels achter. Super relaxed en duidelijke start van onze vakantie!

Niets, zeer efficiënt ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt is er incl. basis om te koken, koffie, thee, douche gel etc. Fijn op het balkon kunnen eten.

A wonderful place to visit Konstanz!

It was only 20 mins from the rail station, which seemed quicker every time we did it. A safe complex in a quiet area. Everything we needed was there. Rodrigo, our host, kept in touch. The supermarket was less than 5 mins away, and there is an excellent bakery/cafe in the complex.

We didn't quite understand where we were meeting our host, but it all got sorted (we had been in the correct place and then walked away). The place to meet is next to Venus Beauty. I have a bad back and sciatic pain down my right side and found it difficult to be comfortable. My husband and son were absolutely fine, so any problems were mine.

Perfect disposition, quiet place. And in 5 minutes one can be in the heart of the city. Very welcoming hosts, gives one the feeling, that one was waited for. Two separate rooms, cosy leaving room, small kitchen , that has everything people can possibly need. Bathroom fantastically clean, as well as the toilet. Underground parking is super good, with wide lots and easy orientation.

The curtains should be a little bit wider. Since there is a glass outside wall in one of the bedrooms, it would be really better, if the guest can sleep without a periodical light alarm. But it wasn't that bad at all

It was great for our family. They had some kids books and toys that our children enjoyed playing with. A lightly stocked pantry ( oil, salt, pepper and coffee etc) was very much appreciated. As was the welcome gift! It was a walkable distance from the old town and not too far from a public playground. The bus stop just outside was great as well as the free bus passes.

A few more baking sheets/racks would be helpful but one can make do with the equipment already there.
