The apartment is new, clean and rather comfortable. Other advantages that we liked are the following: -The bed and sofa are big and very comfortable; - location is good, it is five km from the ski center; - a little shop is in just 1 minute walking distance - several good restaurants are located in a few steps from the apartment; - very nice attentive personnel in the apartment building - stunning view at the mountains from the balcony

- size of the apartment is rather small for our family of three people with 9 years daughter. The apartment is a studio, but not a one bedroom. The size of the studio is about 25 sq.m. There is no space for ski keeping and boots drying. - there are no a table and chairs in the balcony, however, they are presented on the pictures of booking.com. - lack of cleaning service. There are neither devices for cleaning nor cleaning service. It was rather inconvenient. - SPA complex is nice but small. There is a misleading information on booking.com about 3 swimming pools. It has just one small swimming pool.
