The apartment was spotlessly clean

For the price offered end of Feb., this is terrible value for money stay and also the property functions probably ILLEGALLY given that they have refused to issue the invoice for 836 EUR paid for 6 night stay. Probably the tax office should be informed about this. The building is app 200 metars from the center with no footpaths in between, If you are family with kid it is Horrible experience to walk to the ski lifts. The last 50m to the building is not a built road, it is a chain of potholes filled with rain at its best or with complete ice if temperatures are below 0. We have had both, and could not decide which was worst. Parking is advertised free and "available" but only if you find a spot which is definitely not guaranteed, in most of the cases possible only in the nigh, where you will need to walk in the mid of dangerous road with no lightning and crossing at the dangerous curve. The lady in the lobby was making sure you will get some cigar smoke at arrival to the building. While the app was spotlessly clean when we arrived, the owner probably had nothing to do with tourism in his life, and despite existence of different kitchen appliances plus washing machine - to used them you will be forced to buy even the garbage bags let alone washing tabs or similar and all this for 140 EUR in the low season period. In addition, we were 3 adults and a kid, and the apartment was small but okay, I can't imagine how 5 adults would fit for longer than 2 days. The owner contacted us twice, first to ask "when are you arriving" and after, on the last day to let us know we need to leave at designated time. Never asked if we had nice time, never wished us nice stay - nothing completely to make you feel welcome and nice - just to come to grab your money at the arrival and inform when you need to leave. The comment that we stayed in the private app and thus they cannot issue the invoice they will need to be explained to the tax authorities.
