Good location: 7 minutes by foot to the cabel-car, near restaurant Koliba with very tasty traditional Serbian food. Hospitable owner and a good staff on the reception ready to help everything you need. The apartment have everything you need: good kitchen, bad, sofa, good wi-fi and even needles 😀 I'll glad to recommend this apartment and it's owner 😉

No conditioner (we were in summer and just one day was hot). Other days we didn't think about it 😀 But you don't need conditioner in winter. And in this case, apartment have heater, if you need.

The studio has everything needed for a short stay - equipped kitchen, place where to store luggage and reasonable sized bathroom. It is clean and we feel cosy during our stay. The ski wardrobe is equipped with dryer for ski boots. Walking with ski boot to the gondola is approximately 10 minutes. Nearby store and bakery are 5-7 minutes away. Good local restaurant is next to the building. Communication with the host as well as with the receptionist is in English and it is very smooth. They are very kind people, willing always to help.

Difficult to find a parking spot in the indoor parking but outside there is enough space for parking. The heating could not be controlled and sometimes in the studio is a little bit cold. In general, if you don't ski in winter in Brzece, there is nothing to do.

It was great,nice,quiet,fully equipped kitchen,they paid attention to details to make the accommodation more pleasant.
