We liked everything. It was clean, warm and had everything that you need for stay in apartment (coffee, tea, salt, sugar…). Host was very responsive.

Very well equipped cozy apartment. It was clean and warm. The host (Ana) is really helpful, responsive and flexible. She did everything in her power to make our stay better. I'd definitely recommend a la carte restaurant at the hotel (note, they don't do reservations). P.S. Ana, sorry for the below in the "What didn't you like" section. It has nothing to do with you or your property but rather with the hotel and resort organization.

Renting this property does not provide you the basic hotel services. It would've been nice to have it in the property description. With this follows the below mentioned restrictions: - kids playground not free to use - 400 RSD (3.5 Euro) per hour only to get in the room. - ski shuttle/bus not free - 700 RSD (6 Euro) two-way ticket per person. You have to buy the tickets in advance from the reception or you are not allowed to get on the bus. There is an alternative to pick up the public bus which is overcrowded. No bus stop signs. - SPA area prices are considerably higher than the usual because you are not a hotel guest - no bathrobes and slippers provided BE AWARE: - CONSTRUCTION SITE - the hotel is situated in the middle of a huge construction site. Building materials everywhere, no pavement, mud and puddles everywhere...no space and place to walk around - SMOKING allowed everywhere even in the indoor kids pool area! You get out from the SPA area and the way to get to our room was passing through the lobby bar full of cigarette smoke. - GET YOURSELF A PARKING SPOT (1000 RSD (8.5 Euro) per day). None were available in our case in the hotel. It's almost impossible to find a spot on the street. There are no signs whatsoever regulating the parking. However, on the very last day, in the morning when I was downstairs with the luggage, the car was gone. It's been picked up at 06:30 and moved to police parking. We had to pay 18560 RSD (~155 Euro) to retrieve it. It looked more like a scamming to me for many reasons but I had no time to argue. The taxi that drove me there and called by the hotel reception took 1400 RSD (12 Euro) for 4 km i.e. 3 Euro/km. - ACCESS CARD for the room was DEACTIVATED automatically at 10 AM which left my family outside the room and some luggage inside the room while I was gone to retrieve my car. - ENTER FEE - you have to pay 300 RSD (2.5 Euro) every time you go towards the ski center (national park fee).

Well equipped and very clean. The host is accomodating and communication was easy. The location is also very convenient, close to a supermarket, a restaurant, and a ski bus stop.

Blinds or drapes in the bedroom to keep the light out in the morning would be a simple but well appreciated improvement.
