Family Apartmani Kopaonik

We liked everything. The apartments are very well equipped, everything is new. There is everything you need from kitchen appliances. Spotlessly clean and very warm and cosy. The apartments are in hotel complex, where you can use the spa and indoor pool with aditionl payment fee. The host is helpful, responds very briefly. There is parking for the guests in front of the buildings.

Good location, close and easy to get to Kopaonik if you have a car. Taxi to the town is about 17 euros. There is almost everything needed for a short stay. Parking is free.

The apartment is a part of Srebna Planina hotel, so you can have the same apartment in the hotel with more services. Payment accepted by cash only, but this is specified in the booking. The woman at the reception thinks that the guests are inbeciles)) Serbs are smoking everywhere even in the spa area. A rahter strange system of heating control, we have not managed to properly adjust it. The water heater a bit small for three people.

The worst booking experience so far: 1. Room was dirty 2. There was no toilet paper 3. Bed was clearly used by previous guests in a dirty way 4. Sofa was full of chips

Excellent apartment, part of bigger area. In apartment you have literally everything what is needed, good Wi-Fi, nice equipped, very warm. Parking available and ski bus to Kopaonik downtown available. Even when we had small issue with lights reaction was fast and professional.
