A truly good complex with parking. The house is comfortable, the beds are good too, and the bathroom is also very good.

1. A payment issue arose because the owner only accepts money via PayPal or through the local post office. I tried to send the payment via PayPal but had exceeded my daily limit, so I informed him I would send the remaining amount on the second day of my 7-day stay. He was very insistent, repeatedly telling me that “everyone pays before entering” and demanding that I go immediately to the post office. I was skiing at the time and didn’t want to interrupt, but he kept pressuring me, so I stopped and went to pay. When I arrived, I found out he had not informed me that the post office only accepts physical bank cards, not mobile card payments. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with the camera installed at the exterior entrance. When the door opens, it clearly records at least two meters inside the house, meaning someone could be visible (e.g., exiting the bathroom) if the front door is open. 2. This was not mentioned anywhere on Booking, but upon arrival we were informed that ski equipment is not allowed inside the hotel. This results in an additional €10 per day in extra charges, on top of what is already an expensive stay. EDIT: After posting this review, the guest sent us offensive and abusive private messages from the same phone number registered with the reservation. The incident was reported to Booking.com, and after reviewing the evidence provided, Booking proceeded with compensation in our favor. We believe it would be best for all parties not to continue this matter further publicly. We do possess the relevant screenshots and records, however we would prefer not to escalate the situation and post them here, any further and to leave the matter here respectfully. A simple apology and respectful communication would have been far more appropriate than continuing with insults and accusations.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was excellent – very comfortable and had everything we needed. I saw some previous reviews mentioning issues with payment, but the host actually offered different solutions, and everything was sorted out very easily. Overall, we are very happy with this place and would definitely recommend it.

The location the apartment is nice,new spacious

For kids bed you dont get sheet, TV in downsters room dont have chanels, key card stoped working at 8:45 and check out is until 10 o clock. Be aware for charging the room they Will charge you the fee for tramsaction for us it was 40 euros. Itsoutrageous.
