"NISSI BEACH" Houses

The apartment was very modern with excellent wi Fi, Netflix and 2 balconies, allowing to get the sun all day. The walk to town was about 10 minutes and was a very easy route. There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hasan was there to meet us and was an excellent host helping us with whatever we needed.

The place was clean and spacious and well equipped. Very close to Lambi beach- just a block. Little longer to the harbour and town but walkable.

All good but hot water has an over-ride make sure you ask about it to avoid cold shower. There is ample hot water but you need to know how to turn on the switch so remember to ask

The location is great a few minutes walk from the beach. Great tv with good access to apps. Great to have a huge fridge freezer!

The second bed was not as comfortable as the mail and didn’t have a duvet so my children were cold.

owner met us at flat, we had a late [informed owner beforehand, was okayed] and then even more delayed flight, hence met at about 22:30. Communictated by mobile, later via whatsup. We also were allowed to have a late check out. Thanks again Hasan. :) Modern, 2 bed room 2nd floor properity, 2 bath rooms, limited view onto the see, 2 balconies, 3 smart tv, wifi ~20MB, cooker, oven, kettle, washing machine etc. Clean, and spacious feeling about it. Possibly not too noisy neighourhood as a little away from main town centre, but yet easily walkable. Plus has electric shutters on balcony doors / windows to keep cool, dark and less noisy if so diresired. Unallocated parking nearby.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful host. Central and good location. My sister and her friends liked it a lot.

new furnitures, well decorated, as an hotel all equipments available Hassan was very kind, and Nerman even bought a trolley for our coming as not yet available yet

very expensive. view to beach is lateral from all the balcony, no terrasse but little Balcony only no spa nor swimming pool, for such a price in Kos, hôtel 4*star in marmari is preferable missing: breakfast included at least to the cafe, baby chair and kids games to pretend to such expensive price
