We stayed in the apartment for two nights with a baby. On the first night, when the outside temperature was around -3°C, the hosts did not turn on the heating at all, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The heating only appeared on the second night, seemingly because other guests were staying in the same building (on the ground floor). Additionally, there was no cooking oil provided, which was inconvenient. There were also spider webs throughout the apartment, which gave an unclean impression. The apartment had an air conditioner that could provide some heating, but it only warmed the kitchen area. As soon as it was turned off, the apartment quickly became cold again. To make matters worse, the electricity was switched off about 30 minutes before the official check-out time, which felt like an attempt to rush us out.
