"Fabulous property. Administration could be better."

This property had everything we needed and a few extras. Spa pool and massage chair a bonus. Very comfortable. would reccommend.

The only thing i could fault was the payment. I provided Credit card details to booking .com, but the owner turned up to get payment which i wasnt expecting. Was a little odd. I thought payment went through booking.com? I wasnt sure the person who turned up was even the owner?? Perhaps a note on the website. Also i sent a text message to owner who never replied.

"Worth the stay if you're heading out of Dunedin towards Queenstown"

Value for buck is the best I've ever had. Big rooms, big lounge and a nice kitchen for the price we paid is pretty crazy. Which I assume is because of the isolated location but such a good spot.

Honestly, no real negatives to say. Only that we didn't get to spend more time there 😭
