Das breite Bett mit sehr guter Matratze, Küchenzeile mit fast allem, was man so braucht auf der Durchreise, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett UND Netflix for free, es ist sehr nah zum Fährterminal Terrabalt, bin mit Gepäck zu Fuß gegangen (20 Minuten). Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieterin.

Es war alles bestens.

I booked the weekend apartment for my family – 2 adults and a 5-year-old child. The booking was confirmed, payment was made on time, and I had exchanged messages with the host a couple of days before arrival. Unfortunately, upon check-in, I discovered that there was no sleeping arrangement for the third person: no sofa, no couch, nothing – only a 160 cm double bed. Contacting the host was extremely difficult. After 4 hours, I finally received a call back, only to be told that it was “my problem” where my child or the third person would sleep. Nothing was resolved during our stay, and I had to sleep on the floor for two nights. Additionally, I had requested a portable kids’ bed, which was shown in the apartment photos, but the host told me it was “already in use” elsewhere. This was terrible service from the host with absolutely no support provided. I am extremely disappointed and request Booking.com to review this matter.
