Nice to be by the beach

This property is a great flat in a good location

Over the top parking enforcement where they give you a ticket even with the permit in the window!

The location on the coast was excellent for a walk and the proximity to the St Elli's Bay Restaurant was convenient for the function we attended.

Parking in bay No. 90 was a problem, the central post on the right of the bay seemed unnecessary and prevented the car door from opening when fully parked. (Two door sports car). There was no hair dryer or complimentary Wi-Fi in the apartment and the TV remote didn't work. The double bed (queen size) was a tight fit for a couple.

Beautiful apartment! Very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were very helpful.

Nothing not to like.

The flat is very good, smart, clean and in a location close to the seashore. There is plenty of space, the kitchen is very well laid out and the lounge/dining area is perfect for a holiday stay. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathroom is excellent - although understandably a little small.

The biggest issue is that the flat is on the ground floor with no views at all. The Booking.com listing shows it as having 'sea view and lake view.' We wanted to be able to sit quietly reading and relaxing on a balcony with sea views - which clearly it doesn't have. The only other comment would be that the fridge/freezer is very small and (pretty) old. We managed OK - just - but if there were more than two people staying, the fridge would be far too small. Second, the TV is again rather dated and the remote control is rather 'unresponsive'.
