Sea view apartment at the beach!

Lovely apartment. Amazing views. Coastal path on the doorstep. Beautifully clean. Very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine plus tablets for both. Toiletries available too. Host was very helpful and kind. Snacks left for us plus lots of things you need, eg tea and coffee. All cleaning equipment. Parking literally outside the door - free.

Communal staircase a bit grubby.

The location of the property is fantastic, it overlooks the coastal path and the sea, the apartment itself is well equipped with good wifi and sufficient utensils to cook while at the property.It was spotlessly clean warm and cosy.

the entrance to the communal area is looking very shabby- the door lock looks like it is falling off and the carpets in the hall and stairs are dirty and look very unappealing and not a good first impression of the block. (This is not reflected inside the apartment which is very clean).

Great location for a sea view

Llanelli not a great place for restaurants and the Gower is a little further than we anticipated .

This was our second visit to this lovely apartment. The location is fab and the apartment is comfortable and well appointed.
