Good location for what we wanted to do. Nice and quiet and very relaxing. Instructions and cleanliness was excellant and Michelle very prompt with text replies. NIce touches in the fridge.

Bed was not very comfortable. Thin mattress almost like a camp bed or sofabed. Extractor hood, kept hitting head on it when I turned from the cupboard but did get the hang of it.

Loved the bottle of prosecco and milk and welsh cakes on arrival. Beach at end of road, lovely walks. Quiet location.

We couldn't find live TV - we watched iplayer and hub but couldn't access live programmes. Not a major issue though.

Clean, modern and cosy accommodation with great use of space and lighting. Good location in a nice quiet spot. Good communication with owner who seemed to cover all bases in terms of making our stay a positive one. Lots of thoughtful little touches which make you feel welcome.

Not a negative for us but something to consider if staying with younger child... We stayed as a family of 3 with a four year old who is relatively calm and sensible - not overly boisterous. If I were staying with a younger, more active child I would have needed a safety gate for the top of the stairs which are situated in the living area just outside the bedroom. It may be something that is available on request - I didn't need to ask but thought it worth noting for families with younger children.
