Modern 2BR Apartment

Central location, as described. Good sized kitchen/living space and bedrooms. Clean.

Secure check-in form not sent in advance - had to call to request it whilst standing in rain outside property. Mattresses on the two double beds badly in need of replacement, very uncomfortable. One kitchen chair had legs so loose it was not safe to sit on, leaving us with 4 chairs for five people. TV in living area had no remote and so could not be turned on. Iron listed in facilities, but not present in flat, had to buy one; would have brought from home if wasn't listed in facilities information. Kitchen minimally equipped - e.g. 3 mugs for 5 people. Lots of night time noise from other flats and neighbouring property.

Beds , tvs , cleanliness , the apartment smelled and the hallway and stairs smelled of cigarettes very badly, the security in the hallway that you could hear in the apartment kept repeating its self saying it was off line, so i stayed one night then left

kitchen was newer and nice size of unit tv's

messaged owner about terrible smells and they didnt come check it out pictures are inaccurate- pictures make it look new and clean which it is not dirty walls, floor, moldings, cobwebs all over walls dirty bathroom bad smell of musty smell and terrible garbage in hallway which seeped into apartment collapsed mattresses- super uncomfortable dirty couch terrible smells outside window

Very convenient location right in the town centre centre and very close to Asda. Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment with everything you need, though not luxurious (you wouldn't expect it to be for the price). We were here for 8 nights and would happily stay here again

Everything was fine, though they were a little late sending the code for the key box, 4.30pm instead of 3.30. Not too much of a problem.

The beds are old. The mattress is worn out. Springs just collapses. 2 of the guests now have back problems. Plus 2 nights I had to sleep on the sofas

It was spacious and close by to family

Living area, kitchen we're immaculate. Furnishings were very nice and linen was smart. Staff were brilliant. I made a request for late checkout and my message was missed. Mistakes happen but they gave me late checkout complimentary as an apology which was very much appreciated. No car parking but download the app "YourParking" and book to park in Asda was very cheap.

Beds weren't very comfortable. Our mattress dipped in the middle so we rolled Into each other in the night. Smaller shower head in bathroom broken and larger head not very powerful.
