Please do not book this property it's a Scam... this company is scaming customers to pay in advance for a shabby and unhygienic house by using pics that are far from reality

House was in a very poor state. There were moulds on the walls of every room and on the curtains. It's such a shame that the owners and the property managers cannot upkeep the house which is well located. Dinning table with broken glass, kitchen in unusable state, door to the roof top terrace was broken. The management made us pay 50% advance to get the booking confirmation, which they refused to refund despite providing such horrible accommodation.

Location is perfect, just one road over from main strip. Many nice restaurants just a stones throw away. Villa was very clean and tidy, no issues.

Very clean & well mentioned property, Caretaker Dubay & Priya both are very well spoken, hard working. They treated us like a family, 5 Starts to the caretaker

Amazing Villas. I Need High Facility’s With Low Costs villas in Lonavala, Contacted So Many People’s and Then Select one of the villas from "TropicanaStays", and After Spending My Time , I Think That’s the Good decision To Select It. Had a wonderful time. Great Service, Will visit again for sure👍👍.
