"A property that could look awesome if the owner decides to invest in it"

It was relatively close to the city centre.

The water was flowing outside the bath tub while you take shower. The furniture and utensils were pretty old and needed refurbishment/replacement. It was very hot in the apartment due to the single air conditioner.
