Shower on the top floor very ordinary, fridge upstairs had no light, the railings on the stairs and on the balcony are loose, need to be tightened. Curtains up stairs need fixing and the flywire top and bottom have holes in it.

Cleanliness especially kitchen sink. Stairs wasn’t advertised.Certain items re bedside lamp and chair unit A need fixing. Ceiling light covers need clean. Both units A& B looking bit tired.

"Perfect Location"

Location was perfect. So close to everything and on the canal. Had a small shopping centre next door to cater for all needs. Well maintained complex and unit. Pool was warm and beautiful. Appreciated tea and coffee facilities, would have liked some milk supplied too. Secure parking onsite for 2 cars was a bonus.

Key collection was 10 minutes out of Mandurah and off main roads and required private transport to get to. A key lock box on site would be so much easier. The main bedroom upstairs had no air conditioner and it was hot. We found a pedestal fan in the wardrobe which helped a little.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, IT WAS CLEAN AND TIDY

THERE WAS NO AIRCONDITIONER OR CEILING FAN IN THE MAIN BEDROOM, ONLY A PEDESTAL FAN. IT WAS QUITE WARM WHILE WE WERE THERE.
