Comfy beds, already had some handy condiments and useful things like foil so didn't need to get anything. Parking was easy and came with its own netflix! Stayed cool inside all day even without aircon on and hot outside. And lots of drawers and hangers to use. Felt very safe and private. Brochures and menus were really helpful and loved the selection of books for inspo.

Couldn't manage to get the shower water taps to stay at a reasonable stable temp, luckily were hot days so didn't matter too much with the cool water. The lights are all strong cold bright bulbs, my eyes are sensitive but I could use lamps to give it a softer warmer cosy feel.

The location is fabulous, so quiet and a great place to chill, but only a short stroll to pubs, cafes and the gorgeous waterway. Outstanding attention to detail and special touches from the hosts make it feel like an indulgent holiday but also rather homely.

Nothing, this place nails it and we will be back.

Great location was able to walk to all the things we were doing, beds were comfortable.

Location was great. Hosts were fabulous.

Great location a few minutes walk to the restaurants at Dolphin Quay and from the Mandurah boat tour dock. The main shops were also just 20 mintes walk along the water and the mall a quick drive away. The local wine and chilled glasses ready in the freezer and chocolates were a lovely touch. Milk was provided and plenty of tea and coffee. There were also loads of toiletries. This has been one of the best places I have stayed in on my trip to Australia.
