The Hutt on Mandurah Marina

This property is absolutely beautiful. It's a beach house with all the comforts as if you were in your own home. The bedrooms are very spacious, the living area has very comfortable couches, the kitchen is stocked with all the cooking appliances and utensils you can need for a little getaway. The decor of this place is just beautiful. There is little to no road noise, and we were sitting on the front porch most nights. There was fresh milk in the fridge, chocolates on the bench and a wide variety of teas and coffee. We were given a very generous early check-in and late check-out. Graham & Tina are exceptional hosts! We will 100% stay again :)

There is nothing I can fault about this property or the hosts.

Location is perfect to walk around the canals and waterfront.

The property was presented beautifully. In excellent decorative order and Spotlessly clean. (And it smelt lovely!) The hosts obviously have attention to detail down to a fine art. They seem to have thought of everything and the extra touches made all the difference to our stay. High end bed linen and the comfiest bed ! Also the location was fantastic. It felt very safe and was so peaceful. In walking distance to all local amenities, bars and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and left a really good information pack. Overall a very welcoming and relaxing place to stay.

We loved everything about The Hutt and would return in a heartbeat. The owner was very proactive and contacted us prior to our arrival We also had a welcome message. The Hutt was like something from a magazine, beautifully presented and styled - the interior of the bedrooms definitely had the wow factor. The bed was extremely large and very comfortable It was very homely with lots of extra touches (chocolates, milk, toiletries and a kitchen cupboard with lots of condiments/sauces). I have never experienced such a clean property, it was spotless. The outdoor seating was a great place to sit. It was a lovely walk to the numerous restaurants and bars via the canals to the Marina. We could park outside the property too. We were able to have an earlier check in as well as a later check out which we did appreciate. Four nights was not long enough for us to explore everything, so we will return. A very big thank you from us.

The Hutt was a home away from home, very comfortable and beautifully clean.

There was not much to dislike about the property.

Quiet location. Everything was there that we needed. We were happy to be able to find parking in the street out the front of the house. Hosts communicated quickly.

No complaints at all.
