It was very comfortable for us, as it was pretty spacious and pretty close to the beach. The apartment was clean and well equipped, located in a nice neighborhood.

I don't remember having any issues except that the parking space dedicated to the apartment was almost always occupied by other cars, so we had to find another place to park the car.
