Precioso y acogedor ático old town

Excellent location in one of the prettiest streets in Marbella old town. Spotlessly clean with all the home comforts you may need. Amazing roof terrace overlooking the church bell tower. Comfy bed, coffee machine and breakfast pastries. Hairdryer and iron and great air-conditioning.

The stairs inside the apartment are very steep so if you have poor mobility or bad knees you will need to be careful.

Nothing everything was perfect

The room was nicely decorated in the city center. Plus, the washing machine was an adorable add on as we had a round trip in Spain. The room was fully equipped with everything you gonna need during your stay, body wash, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs, coffee and beverages. The most unique during our stay was the terrace and the hospitality of the owner.

Amazing place in the heart of the Old Town. Huge rooftop terrace with amazing views across the Old Town rooftops and bell tower. Francia communicated with us before, during and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Cant wait to go back.

Stairs a bit steep not suitable if you have mobility issues.

The apartment is in the best location in the old town and has everything you need . The roof terrace was wonderful , even better than the photos . Francia the host is lovely , great communication and nothing was too much trouble . Would strongly recommend

One of my best hosts. We felt as at home, as we have known each other for 1000 years. Our host was friendly and kind. This is the best representative of Spain :))) You can ask for anything you will get. Btw Flat is on top with the beautiful terrace decorated with the flowers. It is compact and you have everything and more that you need. Coffee drink, cozy bed, cozy bed sheets and also beach assessors were included :) Plan to come again 😁

In one word: everything! We could not have wished for a better location, you are literally close to everything you need or want- the beach, the old town, shops and restaurants. The terrace is marvelous, it was such a pleasure and relaxing experience to just chill there in the evenings with a warm cup of tea - by the way also provided by Francia, the hostess. The apartment has everything you can think of, toiletries, beach towels, some games, blankets, kitchen utensils and more. Francia was always very helpful and very proactive, checking if we needed anything and really making us feel well at home. She’s also such a lovely person and you can tell she is really caring! We have never come across such an amazing host, and trust me we’ve been to quite a few places. A tip: If this two-stories apartment is available you should definitely book it! We absolutely loved everything about our stay.

Nothing! The birds on the roof were making noise and waking me up but that is nature so can’t complain about that
