Sessa's Palace

Our host was so helpful & made us feel very welcome. Nothing was a problem. He helped us with bags on the stairs. We are 70 so greatly appreciated. The location was wonderful. The property was exactly as described.

Beautiful apartment within the old town. Clean and authentic. Warm, welcoming greeting with an offer to carry our bags up to the second floor. The bowl of fruit, milk, juice and water was much appreciated. Thank you!

Hard to find the first time. Be sure to get owner’s phone number. Steep stairs which was no problem for us but could be for others

Wonderful location , spacious,modern amenities and beautifully decorated. The owner and his mother are delightful. We loved venturing down for a swim with the locals each day.

Nothing however some beach towels would be a wonderful addition.

Location is perfect & close to everything. Owners are super friendly & super helpful. Apartment is clean & modern, yet has a rustic & authentic charm.

Might be tough for kids & elderly to make their way up the stairs

The location was amazing, in the center of old town, a quick walk to everything. You could go home to cool off, change post swim with fantastic restaurants minutes from your door. Sessa is friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The apartment was spacious, elegant, with tall ceilings and amenities you may need.

The only reason I did not rate it a 10 was because of the stairs. I forgot in Europe first floor is 0, second is 1 and third is 2, so I thought the apartment was a second story instead of a third! It might be a problem for people with mobility issues. The stairs have handrails and good illumination, All Old Town Korcula is full of stairs in the small narrow streets.The host met us as soon as we arrived at the ferry pier and I called him. He took all our luggage up the stairs, explained everything and was available every time I called or texted with a question. When we left he took all our luggage to the ferry pier, we were totally spoiled and he set the bar really high for other hosts! Both he and his mother live in the building, speak excellent english and are the nicest people. The apartment is beautifully remodeled with brand new everything, full kitchen stocked with milk, water, juice, coffee... The batroom is fully stocked too. We fell in love with Korcula and the location was perfect for restaurants, close to water taxi, ferry pier and buses. We will definitly be back!

The stairs, it is a third floor, wished it had a safe deposit box.
