DOWN TOWN

The apartment was very clean and spacious, well equipped with all the necessities that we required. Our hostess was very helpful and accommodating, always a phone call away whenever we had any questions. The apartment is perfectly situated only a 5 minute walk to Kos town.

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well-maintained, making it very comfortable. Its central location was perfect - everything within walking distance. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, providing us with water and fresh fruit upon arrival. From the start, we felt at home and well taken care of. Overall, the apartment exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Spotlessly clean. Very close to Kos Town and port (walking distance). Hosts provided extras like fruit, breakfast basket and washing liquid.

Street could be noisy, but that’s to be expected being so centrally located. Lights in stairwell weren’t working.

Perfect flat for a family or group of friends. Good location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Spacious and with a nice balcony. Air conditioning working well. Very helpful hosts. We really enjoyed our stay there.

One tiny bit is the fact that one bed had squeaking boards and made noise while we were moving. Patchy WiFi but I think this might be the common thing on the island.

Property was ideally located near enough to anything you wanted to see or do in Kos Town , but far enough out to be quiet at night. Two small supermarkets 3 minutes walk away and 1/2 a dozen restaurants within 5 minutes walk also. Hosts were lovely and helpful, it was an easy and pleasant stay.

Apartments are exactly as on the pictures even much better. Giorgos is really kind, patient and reliable. He helped us with all questions. We would be really glad to come back. Apartments in 7 minutes walk to Marina and Beach. You can also find grocery to buy products. There could be few issues with Internet, but it is typical for all island. Good connection in beach club and cafe that are 7-10 minutes from apartments by walk.

The hosts are wonderful people. The rooms are very large and comfortable. It's also very clean. Hosts provided everything, even washing detergent for the clothes. They also left us some fresh fruit and water. Thank you! The location is perfect. Walking distance to the port without the noise. We loved it!

No AC but owner brought us an extra fan because it was so hot!
