Blisko centrum, niedrogo. Parking w garażu. Ciepło.

Niestety nie polecam, głównie przez tragicznie miękki , zapadający się materac. Budziłem się w nocy z bolącymi plecami i odczuwałem dyskomfort przez cały dzień. Apartament jest wynajmowany pod nazwą "Superior", jednak jest zdecydowanie najgorszy względem wszystkiego w czym spałem ostatnio. Tanie meble, kuchnia zrobiona po taniości niskimi szafkami, w kuchence działa tylko jedno pole grzewcze, zdjęte szyldy do drzwi łazienkowych i przechowywane w szufladzie w kuchni, niewyregulowane drzwi do kabiny prysznicowej (szpara na ponad centymetr), pleśń na silikonie pod prysznicem. Kaucja zwrócona po 10 dniach. Ale tak naprawdę to ten materac jest najgorszy. Lepiej wynająć coś droższego i zadbac o swoje zdrowie i samopoczucie.
