Koncept stana je veoma zanimljiv, ima dosta prostora. Kreveti su udobni. Centar je blizu 7-8 minuta pešice. Čist ceo. Poseduje sve što je potrebno za nekoliko dana.

Možda malo više posvetiti pažnje detaljima. I ulaz je malo čudan jer su ulazna vrata kao vrata nekog lokala u tržnom centru i stan je deo kompleksa tržnog centra.
