Фантастическое расположение, практически, на апельсиновый площади. Боковой вид на эту площадь и ратушу. Достаточно просторные для 2-х человек апартаменты. Большой санузел. Хорошая звукоизоояция от улицы, но никакая от соседей. Очень отзывчивая хозяйка, разрешила выезд в 12.00.

Очень плохая звукоизоляция от соседей. Подуставший кондиционер в спальне. Требование помыть посуду при выселении. И дело не в том, что трудно помыть, а в том, что это означает, что, оказывается, при заселении ты сам пользуешься посудой как-то помытой предыдущими жильцам ...

Fabulous location, the apartment was clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when maps wasn’t picking up the exact location

This apartment in the heart of Marbella’s Old Town is simply amazing. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need and, despite the central location, it’s very quiet at night. The whole experience was smooth and professional, with excellent communication from the owners and an easy, contactless check-in. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Marbella.

The only minor downside is that taxis can’t reach this part of the Old Town, and the restaurant at the entrance gets very crowded at night, which makes access a bit tricky. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Convinient location, pretty clean and good overall.

Very noisy. Quiet hours are a bit misleading, as main noise comes from the outside, were there is huge number of restaurants and a music stage with loudspeakers which can be active till late night...

O apartamento não é muito espaçoso, a cozinha é pequena mas oo espaço está muito bem aproveitado e bem decorado. Fomos sem pequeno almoço.

O check out poderia ser um pouco mais tarde. Zona lindíssima e muito central, mas sem parqueamento próximo o que implica ter de andar com as bagagens durante um longo percurso até ao apartamento.
