"Clean and spacious"

Nice big space. Beds were comfortable. Close to castle if you drive or take public transport

Loud noisy street and the windows blocked no noise. No good restaurants within walking distance.

Plenty of room! Lots of open space! Sturdy bunk beds! The kids loved the space to play! Owner was very fast to respond!

"Poor"

It's spacious and well maintained. Near tram station.

Building is an old office building, everyone can walk in without security. Noise from the main road, noise from the green man sign. No washing machine, basic facility. Price that we are paying is somehow double their normal price which is the same as Nikko hotel 10mins walk, in the heart of Kumamoto. There was a hole on the ceiling leading to the top bunk.

"Disappointing"

No Blanket’s and didn’t feel secure 2 entries to the room from outside and no security latch. Anyone can access the property off the street.
