ASPERA Apartments

Beautiful and clean apartment with full equipment for a longer stay, quiet location. Friendly and kind welcome and good arrangement.

I asked at the property but nobody could tell me where the apartment is. A young man used his phone and sent me on a wild goose chase. Finally some guests at a cafe helped me by using their phones. They called the apartment owner but were told that there was no booking under my name. They sent me to Kumanovo Spa which I can recommed since they have a helpful receptionist.

I went back to the apartment the next day. I asked at the dentist on the street level who didn't know Aspera Apartments. They called the owner and were told that it is Apartment #18 on the 5th floor. Since my phone didn't work in Macedonia I couldn't call. - I prefer Bookings.com to airbnb because more hotels are being offered with address given, a sign with the name of the place visible. That makes it easy to find and neighbors know. I will not book any apartments anymore where I have to meet the owner somewhere. - The entrance is actually in the rear, no sign, difficult to find. I guess one has to meet the owner in the parking lot. :(

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly.. I will come back agen!

I like everything. I have no complaints at all.
